Greek mountain tea is a single varietal herbal infusion made from the flowers, leaves and stems of the herb Sideritis, which is native to Greece. It only grows in the mountains at very high elevations.

This particular species is called scardica, and is native to Mt. Olympus.

It is rich in polyphenols and antioxidants, naturally caffeine-free and is deliciously mild and earthy in flavor with floral notes and hints of citrus and mint.

Contains : greek mountain mint, Manuka, honey powder, apple, hibiscus, Heather, blossoms, Applemint, blackberry leaves, lemon balm, Linden, blossoms, Peony, petals , poppy, petals, cornflower. 


1 .25 oz sealed package

Makes approximately 16-18 servings, fantastic hot or iced.


Recommended Tea Preparation:

First soak tea for 30 seconds, plunge, then steep for recommended time.

High quality loose leaf teas may be steeped multiple times.

For iced, steep normally, chill or pour over ice.


Nothing kills a good tea faster than bad water.

Nomads Garden does not recommend tap, distilled, microwaved, or a coffee maker to brew tea.

A basic water filtration system works like a charm.
